Starting from Yashio Onsen in Fujioka City, Gunma Prefecture , this 25km round course passes through Bentenyama, Ontake Course, and Prefectural Sakurayama Park. It is a challenging course with a variety of routes including steep climbs, mountain passes, and forest roads.

A one-way course from Spa (Yashio Onsen) to Summit (the top of Sakurayama) is 13km round trip. Sakurayama Park is famous for its "Winter Cherry Blossoms", a national scenic spot and natural monument that bloom twice a year, in winter and spring.

雲尾の道路からトレイルの入口から桜山第一駐車場の間です。
